Our small batch, vodka-style spirit is handcrafted from surplus purple sweet potatoes farmed from the rich volcanic soil of the northern rivers of New South Wales (Australia). Crafted farm-to-bottle using traditional methods and only a single distill, this charcoal filtered spirit has a complex and refreshing flavour.
