Our Story
It all started when we lovingly restored an old Queenslander house on our farm in Cudgen. It was here, with Mount Warning to the west and the beautiful northern rivers coastline to the east, that we came up with the idea to turn our sweet potatoes that are too small or funky for sale, into a natural vodka-style sprit. Now our farm can reduce its waste, improve its yield and produce a boutique craft spirit all at the same time.
